Responsibilties: 
1- Provides a final review and edits each report to ensure consistent writing and flow.
2- Verifies the proper format of the report.
3- Reviews written assignments to ensure compliance with report instructions
4- Works with group members to assign writing tasks that create content for the website

Project Coordinator
Mahmood Shilleh
Responsibilities: 
1- Manages the tasks and deadlines associated
2- Manages group meetings and sets the agenda for such.
3- Identifies and addresses deviations from the Gantt chart
4- Works with the group to assign project tasks and ensures each is performed punctually.

Prototype Manager
Mahmood Shilleh
Responsibilities:
1- Manage the design and production of the project
2- Recommend process changes, defining vision and scope, and proactively communicating project vision to other team members
3- Develop hypotheses and rapidly iterate on prototypes to validate the right solutions

Technical Manager
James Wieczorek
Responsibilities:
1- Works at a system-level to define critical design tasks and subtasks
2- Manages and coordinates the development of system and subsystems (models and data)
3- Oversees validation of design methodology
4- Works with the group to assign design tasks to group members.

Webmaster
Waseem Hanini
Responsibilities:
1- Manages the group website to ensure the project progress is effectively reported.
2- Ensures the proprietary nature of sponsored projects.
3- Updates the project website periodically as indicated in the course schedule
4- Works with group members to assign tasks that create content for the website.
